Team Registration Instructions |
| 1. | Fill out the Team Roster Sheet. Although this can and probably will change during the season, it gives us your team name, team captain’s name, contact information, and an indication of who is on your team. |
| 2. | Send us the entire league fee. Even if you are only partially sponsored, please collect the full amount to send in. This eliminates many mistakes and keeps us from having to chase your team all over the gym/court to make sure you are paid. |
| 3. | Every player that plays
on your team must be a member of the Northland Volleyball Club.
Memberships must be renewed each year. Prior to the first league night,
have all the players that intend
to play, and are not yet members, fill out the Individual Membership Form
and bring it with $5 to
the game. The $5 fee must accompany any membership forms submitted. Any players under 18 years of age must have their parents’ signatures to play. The minimum age for players is 15. If Karch Karily’s son or daughter wants to play and is only 14, talk to us. For the very organized, there is no reason that the membership forms cannot be sent in with your registration. |
| 4. | Mail or drop off the Team Roster Sheet, league fee, and any completed membership forms (with payment) to: Northland Volleyball Club 309 Park Avenue Cloquet, MN 55720 |
